I’m Tracy.
I am wife to Adam, aka, Honey. We’re going on 7 years of marriage & 10 years of togetherness. We’ve been through a lot in that time, but our wedding day still feels like it was last week.
I am mom to Ellis Olivia, aka, Belles who turns two on May 3rd. She is my sunshine. She is funny, smart, and so imaginative. She still adores me and I wish I could bottle that for the day when she decides she hates me.
I make stuff. I love to sew, make cards, and embroider. I hope to someday make money at it.
I take way too many photos. It is overwhelming to sort, delete, & tag them. I did Project365 in 2009 and decided to let myself off the hook in 2010. It was quite liberating.
I’m addicted to painting my house. The inside, not the outside. It’s the easiest way to refresh a room and change its look. And it’s inexpensive if you don’t count the cans of sample paints. It drives my husband mad. He always says he’s not going to help, but he usually concedes.
I’m a little (okay, A LOT) neurotic but am trying to relax and slow down. I like to stay busy and I like things a certain way and I don’t see anything wrong with that. Hangars should all face the same direction and clothes should be sorted by color. Really, is there any other way?
Like I said, I”m trying to relax. Some days are better than others.

I am not sure how else to reach you because I do not use twitter, but I read your tweet about your stuck wedding ring. This happened to me a month ago. If you live near a fire dept., call them and ask them if they have the tool that slices through a ring. I had it done to mine in an emergency and it didn’t hurt at all. I still have to have it put back together but I felt so much better once it was safely removed from my finger. Some jewelry stores have the tool, too, but you would be better off with the Fire dept.
Good luck!
